APRIL BIRTHDAYS: If you have a birthday in April, come to the office for a treat!
DRESS CODE: All students wearing shorts must have a minimum 3 inch or longer inseam. Shirts must have at least a 2 inch wide strap. Bra straps must be hidden and not showing. Bellies, short shorts, skin showing will no longer be allowed. If you get dress coded by a teacher, the office will ask you to call your parents so they can bring you the appropriate clothing to wear to school. You will not be allowed back in class until the clothes are changed and appropriate.
YEARBOOKS: If you want to buy a yearbook, you can purchase one now from the office. Yearbooks are $35.00. Don't be left without one in June when it is time for the signing party. A limited number are ordered, and when they are gone, they are gone.
STUDENTS: Outstanding balances on meal accounts must be paid in full by June 4th. Please check your cafeteria balance frequently and bring money to cover any charges.
CHEERLEADING: 6th and 7th graders, are you interested in joining JMS cheerleading next year? There will be an open gym on Friday, May 9th, and May 16th from 3:15-4:30 in the gym. Cheer tryouts began May 19th from 3:30-5:30. Also, if you have not participated in a sport at Jenifer yet, you will need a sports physical before the first day of tryouts! We hope to see you there!
